We recommend sharing the Zoom link ahead of the lesson or directing the teacher to https://zoom.us/join to enter the Meeting ID. The Meeting ID is 11 digits, located in the Zoom link after the /.

If they are prompted to enter a Passcode, please have them enter meg2.
We also recommend sharing the correct Audio and Video settings for your classroom, in case they log in on another device and need to set it up.
Lastly, we suggest notifying your Meg Language Teacher and Program Coordinator if you know ahead of time so they can be attentive to any challenges your substitute may experience.
